PE Vision
Our Vision at Kinsale Infant is to ensure all children have an enjoyable and positive experience of Physical Education and Sport and start their journey on becoming physically literate.
We aim to achieve this by:
- Providing children with the opportunity to develop their ABC’s (Agility, Balance, Co-ordination)
- Providing children with the opportunity to become confident, competent and healthy movers
- Improve fitness, health and well-being
- Allow children to fulfil their potential
- Taking part in PE makes our ABC’s better. PE is important as it helps to make us healthy and confident movers

Sports Premium
From September 2013, the Government will allocate funding directly to schools in order to support the provision and quality of PE and sport. Each Primary school will receive £8000 plus an additional £5 per pupil each year for the next 2 years.
Schools are responsible for allocating spending in order to maximise impact for their children. We will measure the impact regularly and report this evaluation to Governors and on our website.
